I was nooooot shy about it until BTW- then it was such a stereotype to like Gaga. :/ Got over it around Yuyi and MTN, but after the Venus to DWUW switch and firing Troy, the decay of the era made it a little embarrassing, because I think Gaga was being really childish and dishonest to her fans. I just wasn't feeling Applause either- the video, but the song lyrics were not my thing. I wasn't shy about the album though and now I am spamming friends with artRave videos and pictures, sooooooo I'm back to being unashamed. Something about this tour just brings me back in. The costumes, the music, the lighting/set, everything. Yes. When she talks about ARTPOP being art. This. Art doesn't need to be constantly referred to as art for it to be art. Fast forward to BTW era and that's when i began to not really talk about Gaga to people who would judge me straight away. It's not really a problem, i listen to plenty of other music anyway. Being a straight guy and a fan of Gaga is unimaginably tough and i feel bad at times that i don't really express my love for her but i'd prefer not to deal with stupid people.
