Scheiße would have been great though. But yeah, agree with you, the single aren't "ravy" enough!

I agree with you because I saw the BTWB.

If my date got cancelled, I would disagree.

exactly. i didn't see BTWB and there are plenty are huge BOPS that we could all shake our asses too. so idc about this stupid "rave" theme everyone keeps defending. i want BTW. :crossed:

If the songs had to be rave-appropriate, surely she could have used remixed versions? Like a TEOG remix could have been awesome

But I don't see how some songs (ARTPOP, paparazzi, Alejandro...) are particularly rave-y anyway

Judas?

...and is the OP forgetting Scheibe is a thing?  she literally broke her hip BECAUSE she was dancing to intense to it.... :emma:  :awkney:

so naturally it makes sense to include the REALLY rave-inspired acoustic born this way cover and not judas or marry the night.........actual ****ing dance BOPS  :manicure:  :ohwell:  :duck:

Yo, she's gonna perform her main hits from previous album cycles. Born this way didn't spawn many hits. Most people that go to a lady gaga concert don't know many of her deep cuts. She wants to make the show accessible to them. Plus think of the theme.

And you also have to remember born this way isn't exactly associated with the best of memories for her. She broke her damn hip singin those songs. She just wants to move on.

Also this isn't directed toward you but have any of you been to an actual rave?! Judas =/= rave

so you're implying DWUW, Fashion!, ARTPOP, Donatella, Venus, MANiCURE, Gypsy, Applause, and JND would all totally be played at an actual rave...? :fail:  :awkney:  give me a ****ing break... most of you know absolute jack **** about PLUR and the lifestyle... NEWS FLASH, DayGlow and the gay bars you party at each week arent what a RAVE are... just because somewhere plays music you can remotely dance to doesnt constitute a "rave"... the closest thing gaga has ever come to producing any kind of rave appropriate music was the brief week we thought Audrey Napoleon was gonna be a producer :manicure: ... sorry but they dont play zedd's top 40 stay the night kinda music at raves... yall need to make a PLUR friend or two so you can know what the hell you are talking about

Perhaps not MTN, J and Y&I. But the Edge of Glory yes, definitely.

BTW (album) is very different than ARTPOP (album) so I understand why she hasn't picked songs from this album. I think she really wanted to do something very different than BTWB in term of music.

AND she only performed her biggest and most famous hits : Just Dance, Poker Face, Paparazzi, Bad Romance, Alejandro, Telephone and BTW. (BTW album didn't had huge hits apart the single BTW)

the edge of glory was a big hit world wide.

I'm gonna be so ****in pissed if she doesn't add MTN in before the next leg, if she can perform BTW acoustic, she can at least perform MTN acoustic after and even lead into the album version

Umm most songs from ARTPOP aren't what you would consider "rave"

Judas, Scheisse, HML and some parts of GH are very "rave"

She slayed BTW to be completely fair. And ARTPOP is such a fun record, even a slightly depressing song like MTN doesn't fit. It was an amazing show!!

fav song: lady haha — no floodz ft adele

People.. the only songs on BTW that would actually fit the athmosphere are GH and Scheisse, and non of them are singles.

Like, really, how many people do you think that are in a concert and prefer to listen to Scheisse rather than Just dance, telephone, poker face, bad romance, alejandro... ? Like... 30% of the audience?

The shows are not just for fans, they have to make it for a lot of people. And people want to hear songs they know.
