Humans have managed to terraform Venus and Mars so they are habitable. Many have left Earth to permanently live there. After a while the Governments on each Planet started fighting with each other and where splitting up afterwards. Some peaceful, but tense years came, the people on each Planet were minding their own business. But soon a war broke out and now they are fighting over the ownership of the Planets (they would in real life!). The artRave starts with Gaga as part of the people on Venus. The Venusians are people who don't want this war and are trying to spread the message of Peace and Art. Gaga departs from Venus as a messenger and tries to convince the people on Earth and Mars to stop fighting It's hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead.
