PigInsideAHuman 1 Posted April 23, 2014 Share Posted April 23, 2014 I didn't even care where that song charted. It is....and will probably be.....my favorite Lady Gaga song hands down. And for the record.....it might not have been commercially successful. But it was raved about among most critics and is her most critically acclaimed single to date. It's the type of song only Gaga could create. The GP was not huge on it like TEOG for some reason, I think it was just late in the era.....but the critics LOVED Marry The Night. Knew it wouldn't be a big hit as a single because of the confusing/complex therefore unrelatable to the GP lyrics and the 'loud' production. I want to get the lyrics tatooed on me.
