Dangerous Man 9,245
her most unique song is Haunted. I love that song more than any of her other song, esp. the acoustic version.. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body." DMTT 160
Interesting article: idk how I'd feel about that, tbh. it'd be so random and just weird. that'd be truly a horrific, pointless idea in my eyes, and not very interesting at all. th good news, for me, is that this probably will not be the theme of the next record :toofunny:

MattyMonster 3
Sweetie, give me an example of artistic integrity from Ms. Swift then. And even if she does do whatever she wants, Taylor is still a play-it-safe artist by all means. She takes no risks outside of social norms and isn't musically ambitious in the least. But whatever works for her, I don't have anything against it, but she's not artistic. She´s not artistic in experimental way, but I can honestly say that her albums are some of the most personal stuff I have ever heard and I heard a ****load of albums in my life. It depends on what you call artistic...

I don't call that artistic. I don't have a problem with it tho, it's just not my cup of tea. Edited January 26, 2012 by Mike

I don't have a problem with it tho, it's just not my cup of tea. Musically though, she doesn´t play it that safe for todays music standards tbh. After her last album, her music can be mostly categorized as pop and the album sounds nothing like anything on commercial radio, which explains why most of the singles underperformed last year. But she doesn´t give much ****s about that, cause apparently musically the next album is gonna be similar to Safe and Sound (her new single. If you want some artisitc example, you might wanna listen to that) and that´s a pretty non-pop sounding song. Just my 5 cents :) But, fair enough, I get what you´re saying :) Look, I´m not saying that she´s some big artist, but lyrically, she´s better than anything on todays radio and I stand by that

I think Taylor is very artistic. Especially with the Speak Now era, she puts different elements in her videos and all different kind of cool things. Just cause she doesn't walk outside with a piece of ribeye on, doesn't mean she is not artistic.

Eulonzo 51
I don't think she's boring, she's good in her own right/circle, I'm just not into her music that much. but "Safe & Sound" is amazing to me. Her voice is good to me. I just don't see her as relevant to me 50% of the time..
