Out of fear radios will enforce a ban on Katy's music and they'll put the next Gaga single on power play for 3 months, for free. Twitter monsters ain't playin', they're out for blood. Just because you do one performance (on a show that doesn't pander to your fanbase's demographic I might add) doesn't translate it being promoted to the entire world. How many of you regularly watch the Late Show with Letterman? I thought it was good exposure to be performing in front of an audience who otherwise wouldn't pay you attention but GUY is more suited for SNL or another show where kids and young adults into pop music would watch. Basically, the promo she's done hasn't really been on the correct format for the type of people her music caters to. I think at this point, Gaga doesn't care. Which means we shouldn't either. Actions speak louder than words and TBH if GUY isn't a hit, then I would say it's a wrap for the album. Focus on the tour and try again with the next one. Hopefully not as EDM heavy.
