Lady Gaga Shows Support For Mental Health First Aid During SoulCycle Event

Lady Gaga surprised a room of cyclists at New York City's SoulCycle on Monday afternoon to show her support for Mental Health First Aid USA—an eight-hour training course that helps build mental health literacy—on behalf of the Born This Way Foundation.

"Thank you so much for caring about something about matters so much to me and my family and to people all around the world," Gaga said. "We wouldn't be here without you."

Mental Health First Aid is a national training program designed to teach how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.
