It sounds like she got all stirred up over some stuff that wasn't even her business. This whole thing along with these awful interviews from this & the BTD era has really turned me off to Lana even though I like some of her songs. If they did meet, Gaga would have said 'I love Lana! I've known her for years!', meanwhile, Gaga has never said anything about Lana once (not even if she likes her music). It still seems like none of her business IMO. Plus it seems a bit much to be that pressed about somebody you don't even know personally. Whatever, agree to disagree.
