I really enjoyed her Utopia EP, great stuff. Once I heard it, I bought Love is Dead but didn't end up liking it that much. 

 

I'm eagerly awaiting new material, I hope it's a lot closer to Utopia than Love is Dead.

While I do agree that her aesthetics are very out-dated it justs something I really love about her. She has a handful of fans and is self aware she'll never make it to Rihanna status. She stated on Facebook "as long as I can pay bills for making art, i don't care."

Everyone going naked/fresh seems off putting to me (ex: Nicki Minaj's cringe worthy bandwagon transformation)

For the past few weeks, we've been creating the visuals for "worlds apart" and Jeff aka Seven Lions asked me to become the Ocean in his magickal Universe. It's been really cool because I have never connected with the element water before, it's mostly been air with some fire and earth here and there.

Water is really amazing...as I feel this element more and more, I see myself becoming softer, more fluid, easy on the change, surrendering. My hair has turned chlorinum green from being underwater and I've been re-connecting with all the blue things I own. I realized I don't even have anything green to wear and I never imagined wearing that color before but now it's really connecting with me. Interesting times.... I think I'm turning into a mermaid.

 

 

Can't wait for the video!
