Copyright laws, the law for copyright states that the person whom films something whether it be the AMAs crew or you owns the rights to the video but Gaga owns the rights to the song/show that's being recorded however the AMAs own the rights to the footage and she has to pay them for the rights to have the footage for a length of time.
