Seriously talking I'm not very sure... If she's in so much pain right now just imagine how it will be in pregnancy. That would probably destroy her body. Plus all the medicaments she's (probably) taking for fibromyalgia and thyroid would affect the fetus. Nah honestly, with her fibromyalgia, I hope she doesn’t get pregnant, it could be really difficult for her. A surrogate or adoption would be better. I always do that.  She has fibromyalgia, not rheumatoid arthritis or let's say multiple sclerosis. She's goin to be fine once she's getting the full needed treatment along with keeping the healthy lifestyle. Fibro is totally and fully controlable if the main reason behind it is diagnosed and I'm sure they are working on it. I too have medicine as my main domain, so yeah, being pregnant and having a baby will be a tad more difficult but it's not like she won't be able to do it.
