Also Americano is her worst song and the only slightly, and I say slightly, redeeming part is the bridge. It's said the map of the world is on you. The moon gravitates around you. Doot 2 Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 While I love the album, I don’t find Joanne to be all that mind blowing. It’s my least favorite Gaga album. Im super excited for Vegas. I think it’s a great idea! Not saying that she isn’t creative anymore, but the visuals and last album did not convey the same drive and creativity for me as her earlier work. I don’t really care for Born this Way the song. While I enjoy the song, I don’t find The Cure to be anything spectacular. I really love Christian, and I think he is more obsessed with her as a person, where as Taylor just loved her aesthetic and parts of her personality. I think he gets bored easily. I find that Gaga is less contradictory than most people think. I don't think gaga has a.lot of control over her music, so when people talk about Born This way video two and Mariachi and Act II, it's that she is just so obsessed with music (as she said at radio 1 PI) that she gets over ambiguous and those ideas won't sell so they get rejected. I think it's an absolutely awful song from the production to the lyrics, and I don't see why people love it. Like okay, we get it, she's our queen. It's not exactly anthem-worthy. It sounds like a dated track from the 90s with really cheesy/try hard lyrics about being a queen. It would suit a Disney Channel original Hilary Duff movie circa 2003. I don't understand why y'all get so wet over it. EDIT: And the slowed down ballad portion, mess. "Come inside me like never before". Y'all need a reality check. It's not a good song, objectively.
