Because the song only spent 14 weeks on the Hot 100 and didn't reach 20 weeks, it's still able to return between at any positionĀ on the chart (1-100). IfĀ it had hit 20 weeks before, theĀ only way it could have gotten back on the Hot 100 is if it had gained enough streams/sales to place in the Top 50 of the chart.
