Is Lorde A Better Songwriter Than Gaga?

Two different songwriters.  It depends on your mood.  But the songwriting on Melodrama is simply  amazing, in my opinion.  But this album is of the moment (as stated in the Esquire review) in this 19/20-year-old's life and what she is experiencing, and is so authentic.  And the listener is right there living the songs with her, living that weekend with her.   It' a very emotionally cathartic listen.  The album is four out of four stars for me.    Melodrama has a very high Metacritic score of 92.  It's well-deserved.
