I like the symmetry and I'm into greyscale images if they have enough tones and shading going on and this does  

One thing I'd change though is the quality of the Gaga picture, when opened up it's blurred and that takes away from the beautiful image that you've chosen

Some constructive criticism; first thing I'd do, is to get the edges cut properly. To get rid of those black lines. Adding depth to the image, might help on the quality - if not, some noise or other sort of texture would.

I think the font is a way too heavy - I'd go for something more smooth and clean, and perhaps change the color to white, and move 'LADY GAGA' to the top to create some space.
