ARTPOP era started off with applause light brown wigs and black hair but as soon as the album release came closer it was mostly blonde along with white for GUY. What toner??? I dont think you want her formula considering it's white/light yellow at the roots and then a darker yellow towards the end of where her roots were before and then the rest is pretty much white.
