I actually think her natural hair color is a light brown color. If you look at her earlier childhood photos her hair wasnt dark brown but rather a light golden brown. Many people think that the dark brown photos of Gaga at 19 and 20 is her real hair but its actually hair dyed dark brown because she had lighter brown hair and blonde streaks during her teen years like here for example

Plus whenever gaga constantly dyes her hair black now, you can see that her roots grow out light brown because if her natural hair color was dark brown you wouldnt even notice the dark brown roots next to the dyed black hair and I know this because I dye my hair black every two months and my dark brown roots dont look that noticeable.
