Umbrellas have little loops to put your hand tthrough and sometimes if you swing the umbrella aroubd to much the loope twists all around your hand. You either twist it back the other away or snap your hand in this weird way. It didn't look like he was trying to hit her and he definitely didn't touch her. Hard to tell what he was doing though. Gaga's a human you know, and her employees can joke around with her. If he was swinging his umbrella towards her, it looks like it was a joke. Mess at you calling him "disgusting" for no reason.
