First off, it's very obvious that posing sexually with a poster is not even in the same ballpark as sexual assault. But also, Ruby said in her post that Katy helped get her an American Visa. So of course when she's at a public event with cameras all around her, she'll put on the persona that is positive towards Katy. She also says in the posts that she kept it a secret cuz Katy got her the visa.

Is it true that she filed a report against Katy?  I mean, good that she's not quiet about that unfortunately happening to her but filing that 20 years later...  I'm kinda confused

I'm not telling her how to deal with her "assaulter" i stated how the poster came off from my perspective considering how violated she said she felt by her interaction with katy.

Accusations have been made and both parties have a blurry track record when it comes respecting personal boundaries for one and telling the truth/inconsistencies for the other. 

Its not my fault that this entire story including its revelation is so bizarre and if something feels off I will state it.

Deal with it or get lost.

This is all very messy over something quite serious 

If this did indeed happen, and there is photographic proof, idk why you would "announce" it in a Threads reply. And if you're not pressing charges, I wouldn't threaten that you have evidence which could be cited as defamation/slander.

Not at all saying this didn't happen, but I wish Ruby would have spoken about this in a less messy way rather than starting a petty "feud" over SA.

I have never liked Katy at all and there is literally nothing about this that shocks me honestly.

What I could imagine is this: It was a party, a lot of people were drunk, it was different times & these kinda things were probably seen as „fun“ or a „joke“ by Katy, even though this clearly wasn’t and went way too far. This is the only „explanation“ I would have if it’s true. 
 

It is oddly specific and I wonder why she would drop this so randomly if not true?

I've always gotten this weird vibe from her. Something about the catholic upbringing and the 'naughty catholic girl' thing and her first big hit being 'I kissed a girl' and then of course when she kissed that young boy without his permission. It all feels like a power and manipulation thing disguised as 'silly girl antics'
