Republic Records releases ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ deluxe edition

Republic Records has released a deluxe edition of the biggest-selling soundtrack of the year, KPop Demon Hunters (Soundtrack from the Netflix Film). The 35-song set contains unreleased tracks “Prologue (Hunter’s Mantra)” and “Jinu’s Lament,” and sing-along, instrumental, and a cappella versions of the film’s hit songs.

KPop Demon Hunters, a Netflix film from Sony Pictures Animation, follows K-pop superstars Rumi, Mira and Zoey – when they aren’t selling out stadiums, they use their secret identities as badass demon hunters to protect their fans from an ever-present supernatural threat. Together, they must face their biggest enemy yet – an irresistible rival boy band of demons in disguise. I still haven't heard any of the songs yet, but the idea of fictional characters blocking these stars is hilarious and lowkey want Golden and the album to rule the charts every week for the rest of the year - just for the giggles

I didn’t love the movie but these songs are definitely better imo. I hope it gets the #1.
