Maybe she'll return to American Idol idk. I don't feel that she's capable of reinventing herself but she has enough hits to sustain B-lister status until the end of the decade at the very least. Then she should perform a number of tributes and covers in events like Oscars. I feel like the rom com audience is the samw people who would listen to her old music. I can see her playing a stereotypical rom com protagonist, with a funny enough sctipt and a hot co-star she could make it happen.
