Same happened in mexico, and it was supposed to be a "left" administration. Ex president Lopez Obrador cut out a loooot of federal assistant. Health's still free in Mexico but it's worst than ever since last and current administration. My boyfriend had an accident on 2021 were he broke both knees, during his time in the hospital a nurse told him to HIDE medication and bandages because there were so little that other nurses could take them for their other patients... He’s trying to find a way to put more government / tax payer money into his and his allies pockets. He couldn’t care less about the country going down in flames, how simple minded MAGA sycophants still are trying to justify this and not call it what it is shows how delusional and cultish that movement is but scarily just how embedded it is. I’m not surprised all of this is happening, it’s what Project 2025 stated clearly yet people thought price of eggs etc. It’s interesting how quiet those that pushed him over the line are on issues such as Gaza, deportation to name a few. People also asking why are the Dems so quiet, the majority of the country voted for this, they can only do so much for the time-being. 4 years of learning a very very hard lesson, not to mention the decades it will take to mend the damage and relationships with other countries and key allies etc. What a complete and utter ****show.
