Im confused since WB owns the IP The original character 'Harley Quinn' is a wordplay off of the word 'harlequin', and Gaga named the album 'harlequin', for reasons yet to be discovered, but presumably because the concept of the album is related to her movie character in some way. This is definitely purposeful and does not anything to do with copyright. I hope I am understanding your question!
