I certainly wasn't expecting EMQ part II in terms of the modern flamenco sound, but I did expect something with a similar level of depth, meaning and maturity to it. I get what you're saying and respect it, but I also think this same conversation is made when an artist known for one style ventures into another style. You're going to completely lose some fans, confuse others, gain new ones, and some will support even more (me). If you don't like this style, aesthetic, and sound, maybe don't listen to it. But many of us love the artist she has become and can't wait for this album. At least she's serving visuals, vocals, and consistent content, which cannot be said for some.
