Economy 52,910
https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/biden-eyes-first-major-tax-hike-since-1993-in-next-economic-plan-1.1577062 First of all before listing the break down it should be noted these specifics have not been officially comfirmed. However BNN has a good track record with sources and accuracy so while the report should be taken with some grain of salt if gives you a rough idea where plans may be headed and they include: - Raising the 21% Corporate tax rate to 28% and ending some loopholes (and tax preferences) as well introduced by Trump - Creating new higher income tax bracket for income higher than $400,000 - Raise Capital Gains tax on those that make at least $1 Million
Economy 52,910
The first 2 seem good but the last one i think is too soft with capital gains Capital gains is the main reason the very rich grow wealth so quickly because investments can compound quickly and its taxed rates that are too low... it needs to be taxed as income so they can pay fair rates Its going in the right direction at least but still too soft

Cuz if Biden is a republican then the whole government is basically a republican They said Joe Manchin, the most right leaning Democrat in senate whose vote can make or break most bills. He's probably one of the most powerful senators right now because of it And since he's from West Virginia, a red state, he sides with conservatives on some things. His one vote could doom this to losing 49-51. That's why we need DC statehood so we can have two more democrats in senate then it doesn't matter what Manchin does.
