The killer stabbed enzo's hands so he wouldn't be able to hold the chair anymore then stabbed enzo in the head. The broken staff could have been used to hit enzo hence the missing tooth. As far as we know Gardevoir wasn't tortured since @MonsterGaga5555 said they only scratched his eyes & shot him. The killer had Gardevoir hang enzo (already dead) to make it seem like a suicide. They got to the roof but due to the school rules, Monokuma poisoned him. @Enzo took the other 2 to her room to discuss the plan. However, the cosplayer immediately striked them both in the eye to effect there vision, to try and save himself, @Gardevoir hid under the bed sheets. When @Enzo was able to see again, he saw the gun and shot @Gardevoir in the head, since he thought it was the actor. However, the actor then stabbed @Enzo with a knife in the heart, then bandaged and hanged them to make it seem like they committed suicide. They then grabbed the Cosplayers staff, to frame her and used her fake nails to also frame her. The killer then wrote a fake suicide note to finally convince you that it was suicide.
