It just sours the song. Along with often not even being good features  Like bad verses that don't fit the song's atmosphere, or just cheesy as ****. I almost never enjoy male rappers featuring on pop songs  They are right about Ed though. PopBitch 1,218 Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 Green Light is a great song. Lorde put out the best pop album of the year.  Amazing, uncluttered production, and I agree, lyrics of this moment in her life, not just for the single Green Light, but the whole album. It was an album taking you on the ride with her, and it felt so organic and free, not contrived. And I loved the title to the album, Melodrama, and the album cover artwork.
