I don't think they're that clever. No one releases their debut single expecting it to be scrapped from the debut album entirely because it didn't do well. CITC bombed so they went another route. Havana wouldn't exist if CITC went Top 10.

While they hate the gaga music they have huge respect for her voice and talent and.. don’t u know her a$$ is famous
