Same here in Sweden, the song spent most of it's time top around the top 50 without almost any radio plays but sadly dropped alot after she got removed from some of the biggest spotify playlist and i feel like the song didn't get the radio support it deserved since it wasn't really a lead single for an new era with radio deals and also gaga didn't do anything to push it.  But overall The cure was doing really good in Europe and AU/NZ and it's a shame she could not do anything to push the song further, it could prob been peaking top 10/20 in most countries making it her biggest ww scale hit since applause. Yeah it's a shame but I already dealt with it how everything about TC evolved. I mean she was in the middle of shooting a movie and her best friend died around that time.

I think she knew that TC wasn't her best work to fully commit to promote it but good enough to release it to test how the GP would respond to it without any promotion from her side. I think this was an indicator for her to do again a little bit more dance-pop with DJWS and maybe they have better things up their sleeves than TC.
