Thats how it should be, but its not. Artists submit their songs and hits for the most categories they can. I mean, its obvious JW wont be nominated for best music video, but they still try. I dont think Gaga is winning any of the big categories though... if she didnt win with Poker Face I cant see she doing it with Million Reasons. Its a ballad and that adds extra points, but still...
