Pride isn't just a block party where supposedly everyone is invited. Yes, everyone is invited, but there is an exception to everything. Pride originates from promoting equality and diversity in sexuality and sexual orientation including trans people. All of this is being directly attacked by the president that these people want to celebrate. I would have 0 problems if they jut participated as members of the LGBTQ community, no problem, they are one of us. But being allowed a spot in the parade with the very PURPOSE of promoting the president that are attacking everyone around you i.e. the Religious Freedom bulls**t order, I'm not so sure if that makes any sense to anybody. You are literally promoting hate and bigotry by having any sort of representation of the president in the forms of signs, pictures, language, etc at the parade. Why even be there? According to Pew Research, in the US, more Muslims are accepting of homosexuality than Evangelical Protestants, Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons.
