What are Beyoncé's real iconic moment and impact? Except Crazy In Love, Singles Ladies and its choregraphy she hasn't done much iconic things.

Britney on the other hands has plenty of hits, iconic choregraphies (Oops!.. I'm Slave 4 U), iconic videos (Baby, Oops:, Slave, Me Against The Music, Toxic), iconic performances (Oops! VMA, Slave VMAs, Toxic ABC, Gimme More VMAs, performance with MJ and Madonna). She reintroduced teen pop when it was dead. 2 diamond albums, best selling female artist since 2000, had a loooooot of media attention (too much obviously).

Really Beyoncé isn't even close to Britney in terms of cultural moments

You talking about "Britney's cultural moments" and I don't even remember half of them when I literally own a physical copy of each of her albums speaks volumes. Perception bias. People who like Britney more will say she's more iconic, people who like Beyoncé more say Beyoncé is more iconic.

Reality is, there is no way to define or find out who is more iconic and both are women that will leave behind a legacy that will be remembered for a very long time.

at least britney has BOMT song, album, madonna kiss, snake performance and 07 vma (if you don't know all of them then gurl.. ) what iconic, as in pop culture world shaking ICONIC moment does beyonce have? literally only single ladies and its just as relevant as toxic tops and probably lemonade.
