It's pretty obvious that the stage will be surrounded by a fake crowd like Bey and Coldplay's shows. You can clearly see the bridges on the runways which implies that people will be under it during the performance.

First verse/chorus of Million Reasons acoustic, smash into a big production with Bad Romance, give us a lil John Wayne, go back to where it all began--Just Dance, serve us some stadium vocals with the oh so topical anti-T*ump anthem Born This Way (in an ideal world, mashed up with Express Yourself featuring special guest Madonna), and finally bring the house down/get that third single promo with A-Yo.

C'mon, there's catwalks, little platforms for the instruments, big stars, towers of light... God, that's one of the most beautiful stages of Super Bowl. Can you imagine the scene?

Well actually (and this is for not just you but everyone saying the same thing) this was Katy's stage before everything was turned on and the projetors and lights were going:

 

All you've seen is the basic stage, nothing is turned on, there's no area set out around the stage. It actually kinda looks like it might be the same stage. Maybe the Superbowl owns the light up stage and re-uses it each year now.

So before you decide to judge Gaga's stage from a few leaked images while it's still in the development stage, think a little bit about what it might become, have some faith, and wait until you see the final thing.
