When something has to be kept secret in a very big scale/magnitude even the government would struggle to keep it for long. This isnt like the movies Anyway its more likely we havent been found... Humans have only created signals to detect as of 100 years ago. Only a handful of star systems are close enough to have detected it by now if they had avanced life there And even if Aliens taking surveys came by, they would have to have come within the last few thousand years to notice a civilization capable species Given the massive size of space and how long weve been around... Odds are we just havent been noticed yet by anyone 😅 Also given the complexity of life... inteligent life capable of creating a space dwelling civilization may not be super common.
