Second of all, Lady Gaga herself, didn't call him names : "My understanding was that Wendy and him had initially agreed upon 50/50 perhaps before Wendy ever found me, and after I was signed to Rob and made music, Rob began to change his mind," Lady Gaga said during the deposition. She said "Began to change his mind". Y'all say "Pathetic, get a life already, he's so desperate, irrelevant.." She is being kinder to him, than y'all, and she is the one being sued. There are plenty of people who are fair and balanced in this fanbase. They give people the benefit of the doubt all the time, but Fusari has shown his true colors time and again for years now. The reason no one trusts Rob anymore is because he has proven himself to be untrustworthy. He sued Gaga and has repeatedly sent out highly negative comments about her in interviews and on social media. He questions her talent and calls her a liar. That repeated negative obsession with Gaga has been more than enough to make fans find him an unlikable and untrustworthy individual. You aren't giving him the benefit of the doubt, you are ignoring these comments and actions from him and making excuses for his behavior. You are free to do that, but you should understand that most people here have had enough of his nasty comments and general behavior towards Gaga.
