It was all about “The Grammy Awards†on the broadcast networks, with the 57th annual festivities on CBS at a 16.7 rating/26 share in household overnights from 8-11:45 p.m. ET. Comparably, this was six percent below the 17.7/28 for the year-ago telecast (on Sunday 1/26/14 from 8 p.m.-12 a.m. ET)

Should Gaga's award been televised? Should her performance been hyped as "Lady Gaga and a very special guest"? Did the Walking Dead eat our faves alive?

All the gays were watching anyway because of all the main popstar performances, so Gaga's award being televised wouldn't change a thing imo :emma:

Honestly, I know sometimes there has to be performances, but I think there were WAY too many. I watch these shows for the speeches and sometimes two or three performances, but it was all about that, and only the main 4 awards given away live.

I didn't pay much attention to it because I was in the middle of a family reunion, but I enjoy the Academy Awards more than the Grammys.

I don't blame the people who didn't watch it, the show except for 2-3 performances was boring and too long (and too many commercials), if I was American I would have seen 'The Walking Dead' too.
