Lady Gaga was among the biggest winners on Sunday at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Rotterdam, taking home two awards for "Best Look" and "Best Female." Gaga, who is currently busy promoting her new album Joanne in Japan, accepted her award in a video message, saying: "I'm so excited and I can't believe it, sorry I'm not there, I'm in Tokyo".
Gaga's triumph at Sunday's show brings her total tally of MTV EMA wins to ten, making her the most-awarded female artist at the EMAs of all time. Mother Monster also becomes the most-awarded MTV artist in history with 35 wins, including thirteen MTV VMA moonmen and five MTV Japan awards.
