She looks very different than Cynthia looks we know in 2009-2012 tbh. And we all know she helped Papa Joe to open the resturant in New York. And during world tours, she brought her family and friends to go with her. Obviously Gaga help her family, she almost always mentions her family in her interviews. Traditional Italian gal. That was a long time ago though and I wouldn't be surprised if she did help out with immediate family. She paid hundreds of thousands for her dads heart surgery and another hundred thousand or so for the Rolls Royce she gave her father. I'm also betting she's helping Natali out too.
