craig 680 Posted September 8, 2014 Share Posted September 8, 2014 Citing bands like Foo Fighters, Muse, U2 or Coldplay doesn't prove anything because their careers all began in the LAST CENTURY, before 2000.It's just like Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett continuing their careers after 1964, even though it was impossible for any similar acts to become big stars.The fact their are still small time indie bands doing rock doesn't prove that NEW ROCK all that more relevant than new classical or new jazz, because people still make a living there too. ASTROVEGA 108 Posted September 8, 2014 Share Posted September 8, 2014 I'm a big AM fan  i've seen them multiple times, and right now they are loosing their "rock" abit, seriously compared to how they were in 2007-2009, right now they act like a pop band.
