After members have brought their concerns to us, we've looked over our rules and provided ourselves with new criteria on what it means to be "off-topic" in this thread. This is still not a general discussion thread but from now on, we'll be more lax on posts that are still at least loosely related to the charts. What does that mean? It means posts that can be linked to the charts will either go unwarned or will be given soft warnings if they veer t
