Wearing a stunning Alberta Feretti gown, Mother Monster took to the stage to perform acoustic renditions of her hits, such "Born This Way" and "Bad Romance," and was even joined onstage by Stevie Wonder to serenade Elton with a "Happy Birthday." Lady Gaga took part in the Fox Presents the iHeart Living Room Concert for America concert hosted by Elton John on Sunday evening. Gaga called in from her home in California and spoke about maintaining mental health while practicing social distancing.

"My heart goes out to people who have lost loved ones and also to people that are losing their jobs. I just wanted to check in to make sure that you're finding the time to be kind to yourself and doing whatever you can to maintain your mental health," Gaga said. "I'm working hard to do what I can with my network to help expedite funding around some of the urgent needs of the world to play my small part in this global crisis."

Sam Smith claims he's Lady Gaga's biggest fan and says he would love to make music with his idol.

"I'm the biggest Gaga fan there is," Smith, who is up for an Academy Award for Spectre's "Writing's on the Wall, told The Hollywood Reporter during a pre-Oscars photoshoot. "I queued up for her shows when I was 17!"

Speaking of a possible collaboration, Gaga said: "Maybe it will be awful. Maybe it will be great."

Sam Smith has been a massive Lady Gaga fan (and a Gaga Daily reader!) since he was a teenager.

"When I was 16 years old I was living in a tiny village in Cambridgeshire," Smith wrote in a note in his tour book. "I had such huge dreams of being a singer and an artist and had been trying my hardset to break out for so long. It was at that point that I became obsessed with Lady Gaga. It started out as an admiration for her music then became an obsession with her story, her hustle, her bravery and also her voice for gay people. It got to the point where I would check GagaDaily.com almost 8 times a day and I stood in line twice for 10 hours to see her and be front row. I dressed like her, I even bunked school for a day to see her and got in a lot of trouble."

The 88th Academy Awards will take place on February 28th in Hollywood.

Lady Gaga has revealed the cover artwork for her upcoming sixth album Chromatica. The fierce photograph was taken by Norbert Schoerner, while graphic design was handled Travis Brothers, Bryan Rivera, and Isha Dipika Walia. Gaga was styled by her longtime collaborator Nicola Formichetti and rising stylist Marta Del Rio.

Chromatica was originally scheduled to hit stores on April 10, but it was postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19. "I wanted to tell you, that after a lot of deliberation, I've made the incredibly tough decision to postpone the release of Chromatica," Gaga wrote in an Instagram post. "I will announce a new 2020 release date soon."

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett continue their Cheek to Cheek tour with two sold-out shows at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver.

Among the many highlights of the evening was Gaga's beautiful rendition of "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)," during which she showed off her impressive pipes and left the audience in awe. Watch the video below...

Lady Gaga took to her Twitter account on Friday to voice her support for fellow pop star Kesha, who had been denied permission to break a recording contract with her alleged rapist, record producer Dr. Luke. 

"There are people all over the world who love you, Kesha," Gaga wrote. "And I can say truly I am in awe of your bravery."

Earlier today, a Manhattan Supreme Court judge refused to grant Kesha a preliminary injunction temporarily releasing her from her contract with Sony. The pop star is obliged to make six more albums with Kemosabe Records, a label run by Dr. Luke and owned by Sony. 

Arlo Guthrie, whose father Woody wrote the iconic American anthem "This Land Is Your Land," praised Lady Gaga's choice to perform the song at Super Bowl 51.

While at an intimate concert in Southern California on Sunday night, Guthrie spoke candidly about Gaga's Halftime performance.

"I was watching the Super Bowl. And there was Lady Gaga. And she started singing one of my dad's songs, and I thought, 'Whoa...! Lady Gaga had only done a little bit of it, but still... it was just so fun for us. I remember a couple of days later, there were articles in the paper, 'Lady Gaga Introducing Subversive Material on TV'... and I sat back, and I thought, if the idea that this land is made for you and me becomes subversive, we're f***ed!"

Applause rose through the venue as he continued, "There's just no other way to say it. So let's get into a little subversion here for ya!" He strummed his guitar and began singing the folk classic, the audience singing back every familiar word.

Lady Gaga has teamed up with the World Health Organization and Global Citizen for One World: Together at Home, a global special airing April 18 to support and applaud healthcare workers in the fight against COVID-19.

Gaga called in to a WHO press conference on Monday morning to announce that she has  curated the two-hour musical event and helped raise $35 million in the last seven days.

Artists joining Gaga on the music lineup include Billie Eilish and Finneas, Paul McCartney, Sir Elton John, Lizzo, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Chris Martin, Eddie Vedder, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Alanis Morissette, Lang Lang, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Joe Armstrong, Burna Boy, J Balvin, and Maluma.

Together at Home will air at 8 p.m. Eastern simultaneously on ABC, NBC, CBS and will be streamed live Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Tidal, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo, and YouTube.

Little Monsters, get ready to put some paws up... literally! Lady Gaga announced today that she'll be launching a puppy product line, which will include fashion, organic food, and accessories. 

The big announcement was made by Mother Monster's puppy Asia on Instagram, who "stole" her mom’s phone for the day. "I love to eat while I sketch my ideas for the fashionable puppy line I'm starting," Gaga posted on behalf of Asia. "I get hooked up with the finest in puppy products, so I really have a knack for what’s quality. My vision is to find creative and functional ways for pets and their owners to bond!"

In another post, she announced that the line will also include organic dog food: "Organic grain-free local farm ingredients are the best for our body and brain. That’s what I eat! That’s why I’m inspired to also create A Pet Food Line."

Finally, Asia wrote: "I can't speak, but I try my piggy best to show 'Thank you' and 'I love you' with my eyes. Every dog is forever a puppy and should be loved like one."

According to Billboard, Lady Gaga will serve as creative visionary and artistic director for the collection of chic and fashionable apparel, bowls, toys and accessories. 

"This is not just about crazy outfits for dogs,” Gaga's manager Bobby Campbell said. “It’s about giving pet parents and pet owners a fun and creative way for protecting their pets, as well as fun clothes to display on Instagram (because Gaga loves doing that)."

He added that a portion of proceeds from the collection will go to “locally-based organizations that do great work with real pets,” specifically grassroots organizations that do not have the funds larger that national ones do.

Lady Gaga took the stage at the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Saturday night for a special one-hour performance, created exclusively for the show. Gaga made as the first woman to headline Coachella in a decade, as Björk was the last female performer to do so in 2007.

Lady Gaga called into Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Steven Colbert on Monday night to announce her One World: Together at Home special that will air on April 18 to support and applaud healthcare workers in the fight against COVID-19.

"I just want to help in whatever way I can," Gaga told Kimmel. "The truth is I feel very blessed to have a home, I feel blessed that I have access to good food that is healthy and clean, and I wanted to figure out what I could do with my time to be of service."

Gaga made sure to emphasize that while One World: Together at Home is a charity event, it is not a fundraiser. The project aims to take in funds from corporations before the show and has already raised about $35 million. During her chat with Fallon, Gaga even called Apple CEO Tim Cook to confirm a "quite sizable" donation of $10 million to the WHO's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.

Lady Gaga has debunked internet speculation that she's pregnant with her first child.

Mother Monster decided to respond to rumors about changes in her body during a sold out Cheek to Cheek show at Concord Pavilion. "People have been wondering if I'm pregnant," Gaga told the crowd. "I say to them, 'No, I'm not, I'm just fucking almost 30."

Back in 2013, Gaga told Sirius XM listeners: "I want to have tons of kids, actually. I think at least three. I really want to have a family and I really want to nurture my children. To be honest, having my own kids will be like having three little monsters with me all the time. They probably won't be fans, in fact they'll probably hate my music, who knows."

"I love being Mother Monster too," she added. "That's my first job right now and pretty happy with it."

Lady Gaga continues her support for fellow pop star Kesha during her legal battle against Dr. Luke. Mother Monster took to her Instagram on Wednesday to share an emotional photograph of herself holding Kesha's hand, and captioned the picture, "Free Kesha."

Gaga later shared a cute video of her showering her new friend with kisses on Snapchat.

On her new album Chromatica:
I made this music, and then I listened back to all of it, and it told the story of my life like a tapestry. I'm very proud of it because while it's fun and celebratory, if you listen to those lyrics, you really will know my heart. It's like the music is giving you permission to go on. Even if you've had the worst day ever, it's OK to dance.

On starting her own family:
I will say I am very excited to have kids. I look forward to being a mom. Isn't it incredible what we can do? We can hold a human inside and grow it. Then it comes out, and it's our job to keep it alive. It's so funny—everyone works out of my house every day. When they come in, I always say, "Welcome to the Womb!"

On her plans for the future:
Marriage. More music, more movies, more charity with the Born This Way Foundation. I want to do way more philanthropy. I want to help fund more research about fibromyalgia and neuropathic and chronic pain by putting a team of doctors together. I have a lot of dreams and hopes. What I will actually accomplish, I have no idea, but I know that I'll be doing it with the people I love.

Lady Gaga has once again proved that her voice is strong enough to fill an entire arena even without a microphone.

On Thursday night, Gaga and Tony Bennett brought their Cheek to Cheek world tour to Concord, CA where they sang over 20 jazz standards at a sold-out show at Concord Pavilion.

Among the best moments of the night was Gaga's emotional rendition of Cher's "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)," towards the end of which she went mic-less, filling the arena with her massive pipes. As soon as the performance ended, the audience rose up in an immediate standing ovation.

Lady Gaga will team up with with Vice President Joe Biden at Sunday's Academy Awards for a special presentation aimed at combating sexual violence, LA Times reports. Biden, who authored the 1994 Violence Against Women Act, will introduce Gaga for a performance of her song "Til It Happens to You," which was written for the soundtrack to the campus rape documentary The Hunting Ground and is up for "Best Original Song" at this year's ceremony.

After introducing Gaga, Biden will ask viewers to join White House's "It's on Us" campaign, which aims to end sexual assault in colleges.

Last year, Biden met up with the song's co-writer Diane Warren and told her that the powerful balled is "more important than any speech I've given."

Lady Gaga's surprise-released new single "The Cure" is off to a great start, as it currently dominates the iTunes charts in most major markets, less than 6 hours since release. The breezy tune has topped the singles charts in over 50 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, and France. In Australia, "The Cure" is Gaga's first iTunes number one single since the 2011 hit "The Edge of Glory."

"I love you guys so much," Gaga told her fans before performing the song live for the first time at Saturday night's Coachella festival. "I have been through so much in my life and I've seen so much. And you cure me every time with your love."

Over 100 artists and entertainers took part in Lady Gaga's One World: Together At Home event, organized with the World Health Organization and the Global Citizen social action group to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lady Gaga kicked off the telecast with a soulful performance of "Smile," a classic popularized by Nat King Cole and Jimmy Durante.

"I'm so grateful for the health-care workers, the medical workers, all the grocery store workers and delivery people, the postal workers, all the other non-profits that are working so hard," Gaga said.

"This is really a true love letter to all of you all over the world, and I hope a reminder of the kindness that's occurring right now," she added.

The event was not a fundraiser, Gaga said, as the money had been raised in advance of the show: "Put your wallets away and sit back and enjoy the show." Gaga has so far helped raise over $50 million from corporations such as Apple, IBM, and Verizon, and will continue accepting donations

Together At Home featured performances from such acts as The Rolling Stones, Jennifer Lopez, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Lizzo, Shawn Mendes, Camilla Cabello, Elton John, Billie Joe Armstrong, and more.

For the closing performance, Gaga joined Andrea Bocelli, Celine Dion, John Legend, and Lang Lang for a stunning rendition of "The Prayer."

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett continue the world tour in support of their hit album Cheek to Cheek with a sold-out show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Over 18,000 Little Monsters and jazz lovers showed up to watch the duo sing tunes from the Great American Songbook at the iconic outdoor amphitheatre.

Gaga told the crowd: "I love this town now. It’s so strange, I used to say how much I hated Hollywood. Okay, I’m being honest, now I don’t. Because I fell in love with the sunshine." She then joked: "It’s good because I can take less Xanax than I usually take."

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett are set to play another show at the Hollywood Bowl tonight, May 31st.

Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance during Elton John's free show in West Hollywood on Saturday. Gaga, who is godmother to Elton's two children, joined her great friend on stage for a beautiful performance of his 1974 hit "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me."

"This great man has inspired generations with his powerful music and warm heart there will never be another like him and there never was before," Gaga told fans after performing with Elton. "His uniqueness is compounded by his ability to love endlessly while also creating the biggest hits the world has ever known."

The concert was organized as a thank you to the City of West Hollywood for their support of the Elton John AIDS Foundation and streamed live on AOL.com.

Lady Gaga is set to perform at the Oscars tomorrow, February 28th.

Lady Gaga has shared the first still from her debut movie A Star Is Born, directed by Bradley Cooper. The movie, which is based on the 1937 film starring Janet Gaynor and Fredric March, will hit theaters on September 28th, 2018.

"I am so excited to star in my first movie alongside someone I'm so lucky to call my friend," she told fans on Instagram "I always wanted to be an actress on the big screen. The story of A Star is Born is so special and I'm so grateful to Bradley for making my dream come true. Can't wait for you to meet Ally!"

A Star Is Born marks Cooper's directorial debut, as well as Lady Gaga's first major role in a feature film. Gaga will also compose and perform new music for the movie, which centers on a movie star who helps an aspiring young actress find fame.

Lady Gaga has unveiled the track listing for her highly-anticipated album Chromatica. Gaga took to Twitter on Wednesday to post the entire 16-track rundown for her sixth album, which includes three collaborations:  Ariana Grande on "Rain On Me," Elton John on "Sine From Above," and K-pop supergroup BLACKPINK on "Sour Candy."

Lady Gaga surprised fans during the second night of the Cheek to Cheek tour at the Hollywood Bowl when she performed a beautiful rendition of Edith Piaf's signature song "La Vie En Rose." Gaga charmed the audience with her powerful vocals as she sang the 1946 classic, wearing a pink dress designed by her sister Natali Germanotta.

“When they told me that I was gonna be singing at the Hollywood Bowl I got so excited because they told me I’d be singing here with Tony," she shared with the sold-out crowd. "What I told them was 'Sometimes, you gotta make your own dreams come true. It’s up to you to make it happen.' So I’d like to dedicate this song to my parents who are here tonight. And to my sister Natali, 'cause my dream is to sing my favorite song in a pink dress made by my sister."
