Lady Gaga will perform at New York City's iconic Apollo theater for the first time  during an invitation-only concert for SiriusXM and Pandora listeners on Monday, June 24.

"Performing at The Apollo has always been a dream of mine. Thank you to SiriusXM and Pandora for inviting me. I'm excited for my fans to see a special show at this iconic venue," Gaga said.

According to the press release, SiriusXM subscribers will have the opportunity to win tickets performance through an invitation sent by e-mail. Additionally, subscribers since May 5, 2019 will be able to enter for the chance to win a trip for two to New York City, including airfare, hotel stay, and a pair of front row tickets to the show.

Lady Gaga took to Instagram to share a picture with her friend and long-time collaborator Nadir Khayat aka RedOne at a recording studio in California.

RedOne co-wrote and produced some of Gaga’s biggest hits, including “Just Dance,” “Poker Face,” and “Bad Romance,” as well as fan-favorite album cuts “Scheiße” and “Monster.”

Right on the heels of Lady Gaga's first win at the Golden Globes for her show-stopping performance on American Horror Story: Hotel, the singer-songwriter has been nominated for an Oscar with "Til It Happens to You." The track is up for the Academy Award's Best Original Song, and it is Gaga's very first nomination for the prestigious award. 

The other nominees are: "Earned It" from Fifty Shades of Grey, "Manta Ray" from Racing Extinction, "Simple Song 3" from Youth, and "Writing's On the Wall" from Spectre.

Penned by Diane Warren and Gaga for the documentary The Hunting Ground, "Til It Happens to You" has received significant acclaim from fans and critics alike since its release in 2015. The song has racked up more than 20 million views on VEVO and peaked in the Top 10 on the global iTunes chart. It has also received a nomination for Best Song Written for Visual Media at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards, and a nod at the 21st Annual Critics' Choice Awards for Best Original Song.

The string of nominations builds on a long winning streak for Lady Gaga since Cheek to Cheek was released and topped the charts in 2014. Mother Monster has won her sixth Grammy, received a Songwriters Hall of Fame award, and was named Billboard's 2015 Woman of the Year.

Just hours after her epic performance at the Super Bowl LI Halftime show, Lady Gaga has announced a new new world tour in support of her latest album Joanne. Did you know that at 18 years old, Lady Gaga, then Stefani Germanotta, had a Facebook hate page about her? In a new essay, published by Public Radio International's Lauren Bohn, it is revealed that Stefani, who now has six Grammys, a Golden Globe, and is among the top-selling musicians of all time, used to have a Facebook group dedicated to saying she'd never be a star.

"When I was a freshman at NYU and Facebook was only a year old and people created/joined groups like 'I have dimples' and 'Fake ID, please!,' I remember coming across a Facebook group that broke my heart," Bohn wrote. "It's name, something like: 'Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous.'

"The page housed pictures of a pretty Norah Jones-esque young 18-year-old NYU student who sang and played piano at local bars. The group was peppered with comments, sharp as porcupine needles, vilifying the aspiring musician for being an 'attention w----e.' Scores asked: 'Who does she think she is?' I also remember one dude posting a flyer for one of her upcoming gigs at a local village bar. He had clearly stomped on the flyer, an outline of his muddy sole [soul] struggling to eclipse her name.

"I couldn't shake the raw feeling of filth while scrolling down that Facebook page, but I pretty much — and quickly — forgot about that group and that girl with the intense raven eyes. Until about five years later. I was on an Amtrak train from NYC to Philly, reading a Vanessa Grigoriadis New York Magazine profile on Lady Gaga. I floated somewhat mindlessly through the piece until I got to the first sentence of the second graf: 'Before the meeting, I assumed that someone with a stage name like 'Lady' (her given name is Stefani Joanne Germanotta) was going to be a bit standoffish...' HOLY S---, I screamed to an empty car (Those who hang with me will know that I actually shrieked). LADY GAGA IS STEFANI GERMANOTTA? STEFANI IS LADY GAGA?

"I was overcome with a dizzying emotional cocktail of stage-mom-at-a-beauty-pageant and nerd-revenge triumph. But also shame. Shame that I never wrote on that group, shame that I never defended the girl with the intense raven eyes — the girl whose brave flyers were stomped on, probably somewhere near my dorm."

In 2015, Gaga dedicated a part of her Woman of the Year speech to her haters as she accepted the award at Billboard's "Women in Music" event in New York City. "I'd like to say thank you to everyone that didn't believe in me," she said. "Because there was a lot of people. Probably more than believed, and you gave me a fire in my belly so strong I couldn't wait to prove you wrong, I'll tell you. 'Cause I might not be a lot of things, but I can write songs, and I can sing."

British producer Mark Ronson has confirmed that he has been working with Lady Gaga on her upcoming fifth studio album and described her as "an incredible songwriter."

"We worked together in London," Ronson said at the 2016 BRIT Awards nomination party after scoring two nods for British male solo artist and best British producer. "I think she's incredibly talented and kind of a muso at heart beyond all the giant pop hits. I would love to work some more with her — she's an incredible singer/songwriter."

Back in November, Gaga and Ronson were spotted leaving a London recording studio at 6 a.m. after a 12-hour long recording session.

Mark Ronson is known for his work with Robbie Williams, Christina Aguilera, Adele, Lily Allen, Paul McCartney and many others. He also produced several tracks on Amy Winehouse's hit album Back to Black, including "Rehab," for which he won a Grammy for "Record of the Year." Ronson scored his first number one single in 2014, when his track "Uptown Funk" featuring Bruno Mars was released to widespread critical and commercial success.

Lady Gaga's 13-minute performance at Sunday night's Super Bowl LI Halftime show was not only met with rave reviews from fans and critics alike, but also helped boost her entire catalog up on the charts. At the time of writing, the Joanne superstar holds 16 spots on the iTunes singles chart in the United States, with her latest single "Million Reasons" occupying the top spot.

Gaga is leading on the albums front as well: the deluxe edition of her latest album Joanne is currently the top-selling album on iTunes, while the regular version sits at No. 5. She has two more releases inside the Top 10, with two versions of the 2009 blockbuster The Fame Monster at No. 4 and No. 6, and Born This Way at No. 9.

Lady Gaga has announced new dates for her massively successful Las Vegas residency. The superstar will close out the year with three shows on December 28, December 30, and December 31. Plus, she will play nine more shows in Spring 2020.

Lady Gaga attended the 13th "Backstage at the Geffen" fundraiser on Saturday night to support her friend Elton John, who was among the honorees at the annual event.

Gaga, who is the godmother of Elton and his husband David Furnish's sons, Elijah and Zachary, sang her hit single "Yoü And I," changing some of its lyrics to fit the occasion.

"Honoring Elton and David for a Distinction in Theatre," Mother Monster wrote on Instagram. "What a wonderful place this playhouse is, giving the possibility of 'magic,' as Elton says it, by making theatre available to more people, so no one is left behind."

Elton John, who is one of Lady Gaga's closest friends, says she is going back to her early stuff with the new album. The legendary musician told Beats 1 radio that he'd heard two tracks from Gaga's upcoming yet-untitled album and revealed that he is working on the project as well.

"I'm writing with Gaga tomorrow, she's doing a new record," he told Zane Lowe. "I've heard two songs which are killer, they're just great songs, it's like back to the early stuff of hers: 'Yoü and I' and the Bruce Springsteen 'Bad Romance.'"

Elton also added that he's not fan of Gaga's controversial 2013 album ARTPOP.

"She made some bad career decisions, ARTPOP was not a good idea, it was not a good album, I think she will admit that," he continued. "In the midst of that, last year, he did three things which were kind of amazing. She did the whole tour and the album with Tony Bennett, which did amazingly well. She sang the Julie Andrews tribute on the Oscars which everyone loved, and she was on American Horror Story.

"I think she's a great writer, to me she is Stefani Germanotta and I love her and care about her, she's the godmother of my two children. I want her to make a simple, fabulous, great song record. Maybe like Tapestry, but her version of Tapestry. I've heard two of the songs. They're not complex arrangements, but they're great songs. It's all about the song."

Fresh off the heels of her breathtaking Super Bowl Halftime show, Lady Gaga has announced the she'll be performing at this year's Grammys! The singer will take the stage at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards, which will be held on on February 12th in Los Angeles, for a duet performance with Metallica.

"It has been my dream for so long to hear Gaga sing metal with a legendary band. I have never been so excited for a Gaga performance," a fan on the Gaga Daily forums wrote in response to the news, while another added: "She is the only pop star who could duet with Metallica."

Lady Gaga brought her ENIGMA show to New York City's iconic Apollo Theater to celebrate streaming giants SiriusXM and Pandora coming together as one company.

"This is a very special experience being here, playing here for 1,500 people," Gaga told the crowd. "It's been over a decade since I was playing for crowds like this. I went from 30 people to 300 people to 1,500 people to 150,000 people. And that's because of one thing: everybody believing in me. I'd be nothing without you."

Lady Gaga is back in the studio with her new friend and collaborator Diane Warren! Last year, the two co-wrote "Til It Happens to You," a powerful ballad featured in the documentary The Hunting Ground which was released to widespread acclaimed and earned them nominations for a Grammy and an Oscar. And now, they are ready for more.

In an interview with Buzzfeed, Diane confirmed that she's been working with Gaga on her upcoming album, due out later this year. "We did a couple of really great songs," she said. "I can’t wait 'til they're out."

Other confirmed collaborators on Gaga's next album are RedOne, Mark Ronson, and Elton John.

Lady Gaga is coming to RuPaul's Drag Race! The Super Bowl headliner took to her Twitter account on Tuesday to announce that she will be appearing on the season premiere of the reality show.

"The time has come! I'm joining the girls on the season premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race," she tweeted along with the hashtags #DontBeADrag and #JustBeAQueen from her iconic 2011 hit single "Born This Way," which she performed for over 100 million people on Sunday.

Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at New York City’s historic Stonewall Inn in Greenwich Village. Dressed head-to-toe in rainbow, the "Born This Way" singer gave an emotional speech outside the venue where, on June 28, 1969, hundreds of gay and transgender people  fought back against a discriminatory police raid.

"It makes me cry, I am so emotional today," a tearful Gaga told the crowd. "This community has fought and continued to fight a war of acceptance, a war of tolerance, and of the most relentless bravery. You are the definition of courage."

She continued: "The universe brought us together in the spirit of kindness, and together we’re a powerhouse. I hope you celebrate every inch of who you are today. You were born this way and you are superstars! I will continue to fight every day during shows, and even when I'm not on stage, to spread a message that’s actually quite simple: Be kind."

"True love is when you would take a bullet for someone," Gaga added. "And you know I would take a bullet for you any day of the week."

"When I was in high school," she added. "I would sometimes have really rough nights, where I’d get so nervous and up all night and didn’t want to go to school and face the world. And I used to close all the doors to Dad’s man-room and I would crank this song so high. And I really believed so much, Carole, that you were my friend… Thank you for inspiring us, female songwriters, every day."

Lady Gaga's epic 12-minute performance at Sunday's Super Bowl Halftime show might have involved powerhouse vocals, fierce dance moves, a powerful message, and even a swan-dive from the roof, instead Gaga's "belly" is what some viewers decide to put their focus on. Despite the fact that the singer spent months training for the biggest performance of her career, some Internet bullies took to their social media accounts to criticise her for not having a flat stomach.

Those body-shaming comments spawned strong reaction from Lady Gaga's Little Monsters, and now Mother Monster herself decided to respond to the criticism.

Lady Gaga has announced that she is launching her own beauty brand, Haus Laboratories. The collection, which will include kits combining lip gloss, lip liner and all-over color, will launch in September with pre-orders beginning July 15th.

"When I was young, I never felt beautiful. And as I struggled to find a sense of both inner and outer beauty, I discovered the power of makeup," Gaga said in a press release. "I remember watching my mother put her makeup on every morning, basking in the glow of her power to put on her bravest face as the hard working woman she was. I then began to experiment with makeup as a way to make my dreams of being as strong as my mother become true."

She continued: "It was then that I invented Lady Gaga. I found the superhero within me by looking in the mirror and seeing who I wanted to be. Sometimes beauty doesn't come naturally from within. But I'm so grateful that makeup inspired a bravery in me I didn't know I had. I've come to accept that I discovered my beauty by having the ability to invent myself and transform. They said I was just weird, but really, I was just Born This Way."

The project empowers high school students to create schools and communities where emotions matter. To join Emotion Revolution, go to bornthisway.foundation to take the survey and let the foundation know what inspires and empowers you the most and what's holding you back.

In October 2015, the Born This Way Foundation will host the inaugural Emotion Revolution Summit where the survey results will be revealed. During the Summit, students from across the country will have an opportunity to meet with Lady Gaga, educators, academics, and policy makers to learn ways they can accelerate positive changes in their schools and communities.

Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at this year's Producers Guild Awards for a special performance of her Oscar-nominated single "Til It Happens to You" on Saturday night.

"A big thank you to everyone who has supported this song," Gaga told the audience before singing the song. "It's not only an important issue to me, it is an important issue to my family, because when my father's sister was in college, she was sexually assaulted and then it tormented her so emotionally that it caused lupus that got so bad that she died. My father was 16, and it affected my family tremendously. This song means so much to me and so much to my parents. So thank you Diane Warren for writing it with me."
