Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at this year's Producers Guild Awards for a special performance of her Oscar-nominated single "Til It Happens to You" on Saturday night.

"A big thank you to everyone who has supported this song," Gaga told the audience before singing the song. "It's not only an important issue to me, it is an important issue to my family, because when my father's sister was in college, she was sexually assaulted and then it tormented her so emotionally that it caused lupus that got so bad that she died. My father was 16, and it affected my family tremendously. This song means so much to me and so much to my parents. So thank you Diane Warren for writing it with me."

Earlier: Lady Gaga has delivered another spectacular Grammy performance. Hot on the heels of her incredible Super Bowl Halftime show, Gaga joined rock legends Metallica at this year's Grammy Awards for a fiery duet on "Moth Into Flame," a single from their latest album.

"You know how the Grammys like to have their duets thing and when it was suggested that Lady Gaga do it we thought, 'That's interesting,'" Metallica's guitarist Kirk Hammett said during the rehearsals. "And when she came down to actually work with the song, it turned out really, really, really well. She was really open and willing to work with different arrangements and see what worked well over the course of the song. She was really great to work with.

Bassist Robert Trujillo added: "She's got a lot of edge and attitude which is important for what we do. And she actually came to see us play. We did a small show at the Henry Fonda theatre and she saw the whole show, stayed for it. She really enjoyed it, just rocking out. And somehow magically this all started to happen."

Just days after rocking the Grammy Awards in custom Marc Jacobs outfits, Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at the designer's Marc Jacobs' Fall 2016 show on Thursday. The singer walked the runway, wearing an oversized coat with fur sleeves and platform boots.

According to WWD, Gaga arrived three hours before the the show and insisted on being treated just like everyone else backstage, getting her hair and makeup done in the same room with other models.

"I told Marc I was disappointed the shoes weren't taller," Gaga told Vogue backstage at the show.  "I was getting ready to do the Grammys, and I told him that I would do it. It's really wonderful that he brought me in as one of his models."

Lady Gaga has arrived at the 2016 Oscars! The nominated singer looked absolutely angelic in a beautiful white pantsuit, designed by her friend Brandon Maxwell, as she walked the event's red carpet with her fiancé Taylor Kinney.

Just minutes before hitting the red carpet, she took to her Instagram account to thank her fans for the continuous support. "I never realized before but I put the tattoo of my fans 'monster paw' the symbol of our fan base right over my heart," she wrote. "It's not easy to perform this song, but I know you will have my heart in your hands holding me up like you have for almost a decade. Thank you for being the pillars that hold up my roof, everything i stand for is in you."

"Til It Happens to You" was co-written by Lady Gaga and Diane Warren and is up for Best Original Song at tonight's show.

Lady Gaga's latest single "Til It Happens to You" has been so well-received following her performance at Sunday's Academy Awards that Interscope is immediately releasing the song for pop and Hot AC airplay, AllAccess reports.

In a letter addressed to "Friends and Radio Programmers all over the country," Gaga wrote: "I have been lucky enough to put out records with all of you for almost a decade.  I have in that time never witnessed a public reaction like the one I am seeing today after my performance at the Oscars. I pray you will all today put your faith in a song that can set an example to be brave and courageous, through life's obstacles. Through the power of radio, I hope we can remind listeners that they are not alone."

Lady Gaga stole the show at the 2016 Oscars when she sang "Til It Happens to You" to a standing ovation. The poignant performance was introduced by Vice President Joe Biden, and she was joined onstage by a group of sexual assault survivors as she played the white piano along with a string orchestra.

"The first day of rehearsal with all the survivors I could barely get myself together," Gaga said of working with the survivors. "My body was wrecked with inflammation and pain, crying and shaking the whole walk to the stage. I told them I was so sorry I couldn't be Lady Gaga for them, that I couldn't even get dressed. I could barely get through the song, couldn't hit any of the high notes. Hair wet, sloppy tee shirt jeans uggs, tissues. They all hugged me and told me that it was okay because it was more real this way, that they understood that they were in pain too. They told me they were there for me to support me because they believed this message needed to be heard. Without them I never could have felt strong. They accepted me for me, at my lowest and that was good enough for them, so somehow through the magic of their courage they made it good enough for me too."

Lady Gaga is bringing Joanne to the AMAs! The singer-songwriter has been added to the list of performers at the 2016 American Music Awards that will take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on November 20th.

Gaga has not yet revealed which song (or songs) she will be singing, but fans are speculating that we'll most likely hear "Million Reasons" or "A-YO." Fueled by last week's performance on Saturday Night Live, both tracks are currently charting in the Top 20 on iTunes, however, Gaga says that there's no second single for Joanne yet.

"I'm not approaching putting out this record in the same way that I've ever put out a record before," Gaga told Howard Stern. "I'm gonna perform it, and sing the music, and make films. I'm gonna make videos, I'm gonna sing the s**t out of it, and perform it for my fans, and sell it old-school style."

Lady Gaga wrapped up her promotional Bud Light Dive Bar Tour on Thursday night at The Satellite in Los Angeles, California. Mother Monster hit the stage to perform songs from her newly-released album Joanne, which is expected to debut at number one on next week's Billboard 200 chart.

Gaga kicked off her set walking through the crowd singing the fan favorite "Come to Mama." She also performed the new singles "A-YO" and "Million Reasons," as well as "John Wayne," "Angel Down," "Joanne," and the project's lead "Perfect Illusion."

During "Angel Down," Gaga changed some of the song's lyrics to "Trayvon Angel" to honor the song’s inspiration, Trayvon Martin.

"I wrote this song about people loving each other and taking care of each other," Gaga told the packed crowd. "The election is coming up and I really hope that is a peaceful day, as much as it can be. I pray that on that day we all understand that not everybody is gonna vote for the same person. Everybody has different ideas and thoughts and that’s okay. We don't have to hate each other because of that. What we have to do is come together, and the reason is because there are a lot of people suffering and there are too many angels down, so let’s not focus on the hate."

Among other songs Gaga performed at the tour's LA stop was the new recod's title track "Joanne," a beautiful dedication to her aunt, who died of lupus at age 19, the same age Gaga was when she started performing in New York dive bars.

"When we made this song we just thought it was a beautiful song and an honest song," Gaga shared. "But after this record came out and everybody heard this music and came to my father’s restaurant in New York, Joanne, to celebrate, I saw a look in my dad's eyes that I've never seen in my whole life, because when my dad was really young he lost his sister, Joanne. Sometimes I used to wonder if I got to meet my real dad. Because sometimes things happen that are so hard in your life you die too, or a part of you dies. And after this record came out, I swear that a part of my dad came back to life."

Gaga finished the show with an energetic performance of "Perfect Illusion" during which she jumped onto the crowd and poured beer all over herself.

Lady Gaga was spotted at The Radical Eye dinner for the Elton John Aids Foundation in London on Thursday night. Gaga, who arrived in the UK earlier this week ahead of her performance at the X Factor, looked gorgeous in a black Azzedine Alaia gown as she posed for photographers at the black tie dinner, hosted by Sir Elton John and David Furnish.

This special event took place on December 1st, the World AIDS Day. All money raised from the evening will benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation. The Foundation funds frontline programmes that help to alleviate the pain of those living with, affected by or at risk of HIV/AIDS.

Lady Gaga looked absolutely stunning as she arrived at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday sporting a gorgeous black Armani gown. Fans were quick to notice that the Joanne singer, who is up for two awards at this year's show, wore a white roses on her dress to show her solidarity with the "Time's Up movement."

Gaga will take the stage tonight to perform "Joanne," the final single from the album of the same name. "I have carried a deep grief in my heart over my family’s tragedy,” she wrote on Instagram, referring to her late aunt who died of lupus complications at 19. "The loss of Joanne affected my father so deeply that it affected me. When he cried, I cried. When he was angry, I was angry. When he was hurt, I hurt. Today I transform this grief to hope and healing. After 10 years with you I still get nervous before the Grammys, but I know I have an angel with me."

Lady Gaga continues the promo tour for her brand new single "Perfect Illusion" with two amazing interviews which were broadcast live on Facebook. Gaga sat down with Amp Radio and Fresh Radio on Monday to discuss the new song, her upcoming album, and much more. Check out excerpts from the interview or watch the full thing below!

On the new album being her most personal yet:
A lot of this record is about me delving into my relationship with my father, understanding him, healing my relationship with him. Also, about my relationship with my girl friends. One of my best friends has stage four cancer and I wrote a song about how me and my friends would get together without her to cry, because we couldn't cry in front of her. And then there's songs like "Hey Girl" with Florence about women lifting each other up. So, each record is about these sort of different things I've experienced just going back to being a woman and erasing fame from the equation when I'm in the studio.

On when fans can expect the album to drop:
Relatively soon. I can't give you the exact date, but it's coming before the end of the year. This is actually the most finished I've been with a record when the first single comes out. Mark [Ronson] is quite regimented. He has like a board, he calls it "The Board of Completion" and I call it "The Bored of Completion."

On the LG5 tour:
Nothing is going to be particularly stripped down. This is not me being like, "Oh, this is the real me, surprise!" This is just where I am in my life right now, how I feel right now. I always change. Whenever I make a new record, it always teaches me something. And these shows will be whatever feels right. The music is going to dictate the show. The music is really fun, but it's dynamic and I feel the show is going to be that way. It's going to make you laugh, and cry, and dance, and jump, and scream. And I miss my fans so much and I certainly want to give them what they want. And I think I know what they want. I think I do. 

On working with Bradley Cooper on A Star Is Born:
You know what I didn't expect? I didn't expect for us to be such real friends. He's such a normal cool dude, but he's a genius.

Lady Gaga stole the show at the 58th Grammy Awards with a special tribute to David Bowie directed by Nile Rodgers. Gaga did the late pop legend proud by performing an energetic 7-minute medley of his signature songs, including "Space Oddity," "Rebel Rebel," and "Fashion." The Nile Rodgers-directed tribute was highlighted by stunning visual effects created by the tech giant Intel. 

"When I was 19 years old I started to live my life like him," Gaga told the Associated Press ahead of the show. "I began to consume art and fashion and art history and a combination of those things, performance technique... and I only hung out with people that were artists and that was the way that he was and I learned that from him. What I'm trying to say is there's people that love David Bowie, and then there's David Bowie fans, and there's Bowie kids, who live like him... and I can't express to you, I don't know who I'd be if I didn't have (him as) a figure in my life. I don't know what my identity would be."

The show-stopping tribute continues a jam-packed month for Gaga, as she is the first person to be invited to perform at the Super Bowl, Grammy Awards, and Academy Awards all in the same year. 

Lady Gaga has revealed that her fiancé Taylor Kinney was asked to present at last night's Golden Globe Awards, but turned the opportunity down because he wanted to make sure all eyes would be on his wife-to-be.

"Do you want to know something wonderful?" Gaga told People magazine at the show's red carpet. "They asked him to present tonight but he said no because he just wanted it to be my night and he wanted to support me. Isn't that special? I just found that out."

"I love him so much," she added.

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney hit the red carpet together at the 2016 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday. Later that night, Gaga won her first ever Golden Globe for her role as The Countess on American Horror Story.

Lady Gaga's epic 12-minute performance at Sunday's Super Bowl Halftime show might have involved powerhouse vocals, fierce dance moves, a powerful message, and even a swan-dive from the roof, instead Gaga's "belly" is what some viewers decide to put their focus on. Despite the fact that the singer spent months training for the biggest performance of her career, some Internet bullies took to their social media accounts to criticise her for not having a flat stomach.

Those body-shaming comments spawned strong reaction from Lady Gaga's Little Monsters, and now Mother Monster herself decided to respond to the criticism.

"I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too," she wrote in an Instagram post. "No matter who you are or what you do. That's the stuff of champions. thank you so much everyone for supporting me. I love you guys."

Lady Gaga's show-stopping performance is already considered the best rendition of the National Anthem since Whitney Houston's career-defining musical moment in 1991. While the performance was just hours ago, it has already rocketed well past 30 million views online.

Mother Monster will pivot back to a more familiar stage next, with a high-profile Bowie tribute at the Grammys. Gaga is largely expected to steal the show with a 7-minute performance, which airs just one week from today. By the end of February, the megastar will have performed for over 200 million viewers since the start of the month.

Fresh off her universally praised performance of the National Anthem at Super Bowl 50, Lady Gaga attended Monday's Academy Awards Nominee Luncheon in Beverly Hills. Mother Monster looked divine in a peach backless gown as she arrived at the event with Diane Warren, who helped her write the Oscar-nominated "Til It Happens to You."

Gaga was in tears at the luncheon when Oscars producer David Hill came up on stage to praise her performance of the national anthem at Sunday's Super Bowl, saying it was "the best rendition I have ever heard, and, trust me, I've heard a lot." The singer was so overwhelmed at the unexpected praise from Hill, who had produced past Super Bowls, that her jaw dropped and she covered her face as tears rolled down her cheeks.

Lady Gaga may be a fashion icon, but don't expect her to come out with her own clothing line — the 29-year-old superstar told the New York Post that she respects fashion designers too much to ever try to be one.

"The thing is, at the end of the day, I have a real respect for fashion designers," Gaga told The Post at her friend Brandon Maxwell's show on Tuesday. "And it's the reason I don't have my own line and the reason I never will. If I ever do anything in fashion, it will always just be as a muse or as an aesthetic, creative. I like to be a part of helping artists find themselves and feel good about who they are."

She added: "I would never for a second claim to be proficient in fashion design [just] because I know good looks."

Just a day after stealing the show at the 58th Grammy Awards, Lady Gaga flew to New York City to support her friend and stylist Brandon Maxwell. Gaga sat front row wearing an all-black outfit and watched Brandon debut his new collection, which the singer called "perfect."

"He flew to L.A. to be at the Grammys with me, then back to New York for his show," Gaga wrote on her Instagram page. Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance during Elton John's free show in West Hollywood on Saturday. Gaga, who is godmother to Elton's two children, joined her great friend on stage for a beautiful performance of his 1974 hit "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me."

Lady Gaga was among the hundreds of people taking a dip into frigid Lake Michigan waters as part of the annual Chicago Polar Plunge on Sunday. Gaga and her fiancé took the plunge for a second year in a row to help raise money and increase public awareness for local Special Olympics.

"You can't have empathy without pain," Gaga told fans after the event. "Get freezing cold so they can feel your warmth."

Lady Gaga says she wants to have kids with her fiancé Taylor Kinney but not until she makes the world a better place. Gaga called into 104.3 MyFM to talk about her latest single "Til It Happens to You," her music and acting plans, and starting a family with Taylor.

"I gotta fix some things in the world before I bring my baby girl here," Gaga said. "I just want to make sure I do everything I can before I have a child to know that I've tried to put as many good things into the world as possible so she can be proud of me, or that my son can be proud of me."

Gaga also said that she couldn't wait to do more acting, but she has to finish her new album first.

"If I don't make another album or don't finish the one I've been making, I think my fans are going to wait outside my house with pitchforks," she joked. "I love making music and I just needed some to really reflect on what it is that I wanted to say, and now I know what that is. You're just gonna have to wait and see!"

Lady Gaga's upcoming album is scheduled for a 2016 release. Confirmed collaborators for the project include RedOne ("Poker Face," "Bad Romance," "Judas,"), Diane Warren ("Til It Happens to You"), Mark Ronson, and Elton John.

The couple looked so much in love as they arrived at the event to support Operation Smile, a nonprofit organization that supports children born with facial deformities.

Lady Gaga joined Vice President Joe Biden to support the White House's "It's On Us" campaign during a rally held at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas on Thursday. The 73-year-old politician praised Gaga as one of the bravest survivors he knows before she took the stage to perform her latest single "Til It Happens to You."

"Imagine the courage it takes for her to speak out and then imagine the courage it takes for her to sing a song, 'Til It Happens to You,' that is branded in her heart," Biden said as he introduced the singer before hundreds of University of Nevada students.

Gaga, who was sexually abused aged 19, performed the Oscar-nominated song at a black piano next to a large American flag. Afterward, she called supporting the cause her greatest cause, saying: "What I've learned is that the most powerful form of feeling is compassion, so if you can simply be a friend to someone and truly listen, truly lend your ear, even if it's hard or you don't understand. You will be fulfilling the sense of loneliness that has stayed with me ever since the day I was abused."

Lady Gaga took the stage for a special performance at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy launch on Wednesday night in Los Angeles. The event celebrated tech billionaire Sean Parker's donation of $250 million to help find a way to treat cancer through immunotherapy. 

Gaga performed her usual set of jazz standards, including "New York, New York," "La Vie En Rose," "Let's Face the Music and Dance," "Little Coquette," as well as her own hits "You & I" and "Bad Romance."

Sean Parker is the founder of the music service Napster and the founding president of Facebook. Parker's donation is the largest ever for cancer immunotherapy and one of the largest for cancer research. 

Lady Gaga stopped by Macy's Herald Square in New York City to launch her limited-edition collection called "Love Bravery," created in collaboration with her friend Elton John, sister Natali Germanotta, and stylist Brandon Maxwell.

"The reason we are here today is not to sell clothing," Gaga told the crowd. "This is not an Elton John, David Furnish, Lady Gaga clothing line. This is about partnering with a very generous major corporation that is using their great power to do good things and to raise money for research for physical, emotional and mental well being for people all over the world."

She continued: "I hope that you all live today not just with clothing, but a sense of love for yourself and to remember that  the intersection of love and bravery is that you must be willing to feel the pain of someone else.
