With Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's highly-anticipated new movie A Star Is Born just two weeks away, Warner Bros. has released two new videos giving fans a behind-the-scenes looks at the making of the incredible soundtrack for the film.

"When I was writing music for the film I had to think about Ally as if she wasn't me," Gaga said. "I went with a sound for her, even in the pop realm, that's unlike anything I've ever put out before."

Lady Gaga sat down with Lee Cowan for a very candid interview on CBS's Sunday Morning show. The singer-songwriter broke into tears when discussing how fame has changed her life and the loss of a connection with everyday people.

"I'm very acutely aware that once I cross that property line, I'm not free anymore," Gaga confessed. "As soon as I go out into the world, I belong, in a way, to everyone else. It's legal to follow me. It's legal to stalk me at the beach. I took a long, hard look at that property line, and I said, 'Well, if I can't be free out there, I can be free in my heart.'"

"I miss people," she continued through tears. "I miss people. I miss, you know, going anywhere and meeting a random person and saying, 'Hi,' and having a conversation about life. I love people."

The one barrier fame didn't put up was between her and her family, especially her father, Joe.

"Making your dad happy is, especially for an Italian Catholic girl, I'll tell you, it feels really good," she said. "You know, all the awards in the world, you can get into all the nightclubs, they'll send you the nicest clothes. Nothing better than walking into your dad's restaurant and seeing a smile on his face and knowing that your mom and dad and your sister are real proud of you. And that, you know, you haven't lost touch with who you are. That, for me, is real success."

At the end of the show, she sang her latest single "Million Reasons" on a beautiful stage, and was later joined by a local pop group for a performance of the dance tracks "Perfect Illusion" and "A-YO" from the new album Joanne. Lady Gaga and her Born This Way Foundation have teamed up with director Brett Ratner and cosmetics company Revlon for "The Love Project," a campaign aiming to inspire more love, acceptance and caring in the world. The campaign's television commercial, which also features Pharrell Williams and Ellen DeGeneres, launched during Sunday's Academy Awards.

"It was fantastic to work with Lady Gaga and Revlon on The Love Project and to spread the message of love, acceptance and positivity at a time when it is so greatly needed," Ratner told EW, while Carlos Barreto, Revlon Senior Vice President Marketing, added: "The Love Project is the beginning of a social movement which aims to inspire more love, acceptance and caring in the world. At the heart of this campaign is the belief that all people are beautiful and that love can create a better world."

Lady Gaga, who is currently in Tokyo promoting Joanne, held a press conference during which she spoke about the new album, the meaning behind its lyrics, and her love for her Japanese fans.

"As soon as I got to the hotel last night, I went to my room with the Haus of Gaga, my creative team," Gaga told the press of her visit to Japan. "We put together all of my performances and outfits for the week and talked about all the things we wanted to do here in Tokyo. The most important thing is that we wanted to spread the message of love and positivity to everyone in Japan. So I haven't gotten to go out yet and have any recreational fun but I'm here to do the thing that I love the most which is to spread love."

Gaga cried at the end of the event after receiving a pink Japanese kimono as a gift from Universal Music Japan. "I just to say thank you to Universal for always supporting me," the singer-songwriter said. "And thank you to all of the people in Japan. For my album Joanne to be number one for a second week is a huge honor for me and my family. This name, Joanne, is the single most important name that I can remember hearing growing up. For it to reverberating through the homes of so many people in Japan means the world to me."

Lady Gaga and the NFL held a press conference ahead of her highly-anticipated Super Bowl 51 Halftime Show. The event, during which Gaga answered questions about her performance, aired live on ABC's Good Morning America.

Although she wouldn't reveal details about her setlist or costume changes, she promised a "tremendously athletic" performance that will be dedicated to everyone watching, both football fans and those tuning in for the Halftime show. "This performance is for everyone. I want to, more than anything, create a moment that everyone that's watching will never forget," she told the press.

Lady Gaga took the stage at the 2015 British Fashion Awards to accept the Red Carpet Designer Award on behalf of Tom Ford on Monday night. Not only did Gaga collect Tom's award, she also walked the runway in a gorgeous red gown custom made for her by the designer as her cover of "I Want Your Love" played in the background.

"I'm here tonight to accept this on behalf of Tom," Gaga told the audience. "I'm very happy to be here and I know that he would want me to thank the British Fashion Council, as well as his team that works so tirelessly to keep the Tom Ford Enterprise moving."

Lady Gaga got emotional after she received a standing ovation from her A Star Is Born co-stars and the audience at the film's premiere at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival.

"I am so humbled and so grateful to be here this evening," Gaga told the crowd. "This movie has completely changed my life because of these incredible, loving, kind people that I'm on stage with. I love my cast so much, and to say that Bradley is a consummate professional and incredible filmmaker would be an understatement. I felt privileged every single day that I was on set to watch him work with a ninja-like precision, with such a vision, such a passion, and then also liberation. I really believe that we all fell in love like a family on the set. And I hope that you feel the love from us tonight."

Lady Gaga took the stage for a special performance at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy launch on Wednesday night in Los Angeles. The event celebrated tech billionaire Sean Parker's donation of $250 million to help find a way to treat cancer through immunotherapy. 

Gaga performed her usual set of jazz standards, including "New York, New York," "La Vie En Rose," "Let's Face the Music and Dance," "Little Coquette," as well as her own hits "You & I" and "Bad Romance."

Sean Parker is the founder of the music service Napster and the founding president of Facebook. Parker's donation is the largest ever for cancer immunotherapy and one of the largest for cancer research.

Lady Gaga took the stage at the 60th Grammy Awards for a beautiful piano performance which she dedicated to her late aunt Joanne. Joined on stage by her friend and collaborator Mark Ronson, Gaga played a stripped-back medley of "Million Reasons," which is up for Best Pop Vocal Performance at this year's show, and the Grammy-nominated album's title track "Joanne."

Lady Gaga was one of the many performers at Tony Bennett 90th birthday celebration, which aired on Tuesday night on NBC. Gaga, who collaborated with Mr. Bennett on a 2014 duets album Cheek to Cheek, took the stage twice to serenade the jazz legend with "La Vie En Rose" and "The Lady Is A Tramp."

Lady Gaga took the stage at Park Theater for the second night of her critically acclaimed Las Vegas residency ENIGMA on Sunday night, and among the crowd was the queen of Vegas herself, Celine Dion. The Canadian superstar, who has had a Vegas residency since 2003, not only came out to support Gaga, but also prayed with her band and dancers before the show, and was later spotted dancing and singing along to her biggest hits.

"The absolutely legendary and beautiful Celine Dion is here tonight," Gaga told the audience. "She prayed with me and my entire crew backstage before this show. And when she was asked if she had any advice for me in Las Vegas she said that I didn't need it because I was strong and I knew what I was doing. And, oh my God, I swear to you, the number of women that I can count on one hand that are supportive in this industry, it’s like I would lose fingers, okay? You are amazing, you're supportive, you're talented, you're legendary, and you're kind."

Lady Gaga surprised her Little Monsters with the very first look at her upcoming ENIGMA show. The singer shared behind-the-scenes clips of herself rehearsing for her first Las Vegas residency, which is currently the hottest-selling show on the strip.

One of the clips shows Gaga dancing to her ARTPOP fan favorite "Aura" wearing a motion capture suit, which transfers human movements to animated 3D models.

"We're creating a show unlike anything I've done before. It will be a celebration of all that is unique and different within us. The challenges of bravery can be overcome with creativity and courage that is grown out of adversity, love and music," Gaga said of the show.

Lady Gaga took a moment during her Joanne World Tour in Toronto to read a letter she received from a fan in the audience.

"I'm writing you because I wanted to thank you for all the strength you've given me to grow into the young woman I am today," the letter from a fan named Danny read. "I went through so much bullying and harassment and watching my mother go through an alcohol addiction as well as PTSD. She passed away this past January. Gaga, you kept me strong through that hard time. Whenever I was having a hard day or felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown, I would listen to your music and instantly feel better. You have inspired me so much over the years in countless ways and given me the courage and confidence to be true to myself. I hope this letter gets to you."

An emotional Gaga then came down to hug the fan.

"I held it out and didn't expect she would even take it," Danny, who is a Gaga Daily forum member, said. "She and I were making eye contact all night and kept making the monster claw at each other. I'm still in shock."
