I’m a Taylor fan and almost through my second listen. It’s gonna be a hard listen for the GP. There are definitely a couple of solid tracks but too many lack a strong chorus to make them memorable. I honestly have no idea what the lead single will be.- 119 replies

Sometimes I close my eyes and think back to those days. Those were some of the best days of my life. We had SO MUCH FUN. We got to drive by major Gaga historic places and AHS house. We drove by her Malibu Casa Dojo house. I took @PartySick and @SharkmanthaC to the best restaurant in that used to be in Beverly Hills that moved to Century City (Panini Kabob Grill) and we ate kabobs and salads and sandwitches. We got to see the same Market and starbucks that Gaga is always papped at. We got to go to a cupcake vending machine which was delicious. We saw the view from near the Hollywood Sign. We did the tourist walk along the walk of fame on Hollywood Blvd. We got to see Gaga at Chroma ball which was so amazing. Sam gave me her ticket so I could sit by myself and bootleg which was super super kind of her. And best of all I got to talk and joke and laugh with Party and Sam. They have a really deep teasing relationship, so you know it's healthy when they are razzing and roasting the everliving sh*t out of each other, which, for me, as an only child, I was not prepared for the level of amicable rivalry they had but by the end I loved it. Oh and we got to take Party through the Malibu mountains and the Santa Monica mountain range by car. Sam wouldn't get out of the car (which, hey, I respect that, its a long drop) but Party could see the Malibu river at the super all the way down bottom of the canyon. That summer and the subsequent summer with @Flippy was fantastic. Oh, and they actually tolerated me stealing Gaga wheatpastes from construction site walls. It was epic

The only thing I can think of is they’re going through a divorce and are worried about how it will affect Gaga and Natali. A lot of people, especially traditional people like the Germanottas, have a ‘stay together for the kids’ mentality about divorce. Even though they are adults, they are still going to be worried about how they will take the news. The comments about it being over a conservatorship for Gaga are so off the mark. Why would she need to be in one? And why would they mention Natali if that were the case?

The Tortured Poets Department Leaks
BlingNotTheMusic replied to HelloHangoverz's topic in Entertainment News
I've given all of her albums a listen, and while folklore/evermore were a step in the right direction, it still feels elementary and spoonfed. Sure, she's a good songwriter. But vocally she's mid and lyrically...there's rarely substance, nuance, or anything groundbreaking or original. My whole thing with her is there are thousands of unknown female singer/songwriters that you could check out at a local open mic night, that have more talent vocally and interesting artistry.- 119 replies
