As much as I love gaga this album isn't worth 14.99. 10.99 and lower is where it should stay. Â ARTPOP is the only female pop album that ISN'T discounted on iTunes, the biggest digital album seller in the U.S. Katy's, Kelly's, and Miley's releases are all discounted to 7.99 or 6.99 on iTunes.
