If the rating wasn't there I would have guessed he rated it 4.5/5 because he praises it a lot. His only real criticism is "[Gaga's voice] is not a voice you can get close to" and he fails to explain what the hell that means or what he means by that. I so often feel like many of them are just some random journalists who actually don't know much about music and the artist they are reviewing. Which is surprising writer only gave it a 3/5. it at least deserved a 3.5/5 and to beat out prism, since it's far better.
