Why I think this would work: Born This Way had an exceptional start as it is. I feel that Judas killed a lot of the momentum of the era, so I think cutting that out entirely would also cut out the negativity associated with it. The Edge Of Glory was very well received as it is, so imagine how much acclaim it would have gotten had the backlash of Judas never occurred. Scheiße would have done well - I think most of us can agree on that. An epic VMA performance would have sent the song to upper reaches of the Top 10, and I'm fairly certain radio would have supported it strongly with a good radio edit. It also would have undoubtedly done better overseas. Marry The Night is an excellent closer for an era. The momentum of the era would still be there, from the success of past singles, so, with good promotion on big shows, I could see it squeezing somewhere in the Top 10.
