If gaga chose him to produce the lead single, it's going to be epic. Trust gaga. Using him as a producer is a brilliant idea, because he is so loyal to her. I am expecting an overproduced mess like Born This WAy First, he was not even the lead producer of Born This Way, and even if it was an "overproduced mess" like Born This Way, then I guess that would mean it would be #1 for 6 weeks... hardly a flop. A DJWS and Gaga lead dance single has by far the highest chance of sounding like nothing else on the radio.
