1. Because it's her biggest hit and the navy even argued that it was bigger than Bad Romance

2. It didnt make it to the 2011 list

It was a popular song and a lot of people probably like it ten times better then Bad Romance so why the **** does it matter who's song was more successful

I think WFL has sold more than 8 million WW, maybe it just sold less that 3M in the 2011 and less than 5M in the 2012. Anyways good for Unapologetic wich shipped 2.3M with just 6 weeks in the 2012

This is the charts and sales section so the discussion here is likely to pertain to ...charts and sales, especially when this thread is specifically about what songs had the most success. The pointing out of Rihanna in the OP was unnecessary but it is notable that We Found Love didn't make this list when it was so huge.

You seem very pressed, you asked how someone could throw shade at WFL and WarriorPrince answered you and now you're mad lol.

In other news, anyone else see that Taylor's Red was number 2 after only have 2 full months to chart. :legend:

I imagine WFL and Bad Romance would both be hurt on yearly charts, because their reign was split over two years.

It's a problem for any big single released in the last quarter of a year.
